Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Site Structure ("Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Site Structure provides a web-based tool that crawls URLs provided by users and generates topical silo analysis, keyword cluster reports, and SEO recommendations. The crawled data is processed to deliver results to you and is not shared with other users or third parties beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract to use Site Structure. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@siloscout.io if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Site Structure to:

• Scan URLs you do not own or have permission to analyse
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks against third-party servers via automated scanning
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the crawl infrastructure
• Resell or sub-license access to the Service without our written consent
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

5. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed by Paddle. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

6. Refunds

If you are charged and have not used the Service, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. Outside this window, refunds are at our discretion.

7. Intellectual property

The Site Structure platform, branding, and software are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of any content or URLs you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process submitted URLs solely to deliver the Service.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that crawl results are complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Site Structure's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not reduce the core functionality of a paid plan mid-billing-period without offering a pro-rated refund.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
